Job summary

Daily Provisions in Boston Seaport is seeking a Cafe Chef to lead the kitchen with care, excellence, and hospitality, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of the culinary program and coaching BOH staff.

You will collaborate across Front of House and Back of House to uphold systems, safety, and allergen protocols while delivering memorable guest experiences and supporting a culture of respect and accountability.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of culinary/kitchen leadership in casual dining.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage and guest-experience focus.
Experience in training Back-of-House team members.
Ability to communicate clearly across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Lead with Enlightened Hospitality to ensure high-quality execution of the culinary program.
Collaborate with Front of House and Back of House to maintain systems and guest experiences across channels.
Coordinate with Facilities to maintain equipment and HACCP and allergen protocols.
Manage Back of House P&L including food cost, waste, and inventory turnover.
Train and validate team members, conduct station checks and tastings.
Support HR policies and professional conduct across teams.
