Job summary

The U.S. Naval Academy NABSD Drydock and 19th Hole Quick Service Restaurants in Annapolis, MD, seeks a Cashier (FSW) to support fast service operations across NABSD facilities.

You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help with opening/closing procedures in a friendly, hygienic, and efficient manner. The role requires basic food service experience, ability to multitask, and commitment to high standards of customer service in a federal dining setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service, fast-food or dine-in restaurant settings.
• Experience using a POS system or cash register.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Professional, sanitary and service-oriented conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist guests with questions.
• Take orders and process payments using POS; complete paperwork as needed.
• Prepare opening/closing duties, clean tables and areas.
• Prepare beverages, stock items and assist with catering events.
• Serve food in a courteous, sanitary manner.
