Job summary

Qualifications

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

Operate the POS system and accurately process cash, credit, and other approved forms of payment.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Provide friendly and professional service to team members and customers.
Assist customers with questions regarding menu items, pricing, and cafeteria services.
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
Report POS equipment issues or payment processing concerns to the supervisor.
Assist other cafeteria stations and areas as needed to support daily operations.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
