• Store deliveries in proper storage areas and rotate stock (FIFO).
• Maintain clean, sanitary storage areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed.
• Communicate inventory shortages to the Executive Chef or supervisor.
