Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Café Specialist in our Katy, TX store to deliver a high-quality guest experience through food and beverage service. You will handle orders, prepare drinks and food, operate POS, and maintain safe, clean café conditions aligned with brand standards.

The role supports showroom operations, contributes to visual merchandising, and helps achieve Sales Per Hour and KPI targets. Must have a Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification where required; 1–2 years in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in a fast-paced guest-facing retail environment.
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Beverage Certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and describe menu items; upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcohol and coffee.
• Keep food safety and sanitation standards across all surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize tools and surfaces before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and promptly address spills.
• Operate POS, process transactions accurately.
• Stock items, manage inventory, and support café operations.
• Support visual merchandising and brand standards in-store areas.
• Assist with merchandising and product prep for store needs.
• Drive sales by meeting KPI targets and supporting leadership.
