The Navigators in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Bookstore Attendant to serve customers, manage food and beverage orders, and support the mission of Glen Eyrie and The Navigators.
You will handle point-of-sale transactions, stock shelves, assist with inventory, and participate in training and organizational activities. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, days, and evenings.

The Bookstore Attendant shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position is responsible for providing customer service, making food and beverages within the café, and supporting the mission of Glen Eyrie and The Navigators.
Customer Service Maintain focus in a stressful/noisy environment. Ability to Multitask Self-motivated (minimal supervision) Willingness to make learning and growth a priority. Team Player
Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
This role requires strong organization & time management skills with an emphasis on customer service. 1 year of experience as a Barista or Retail preferred.
Microsoft Office, Point of Sale software, computer skills and ability to learn new technology. Strong telephone, cash handling, and math skills and knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
$15.60 hourly
