Job summary

The Navigators in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Bookstore Attendant to serve customers, manage food and beverage orders, and support the mission of Glen Eyrie and The Navigators.

You will handle point-of-sale transactions, stock shelves, assist with inventory, and participate in training and organizational activities. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, days, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Retail or cafe experience with customer service focus.
• Experience as a Barista or in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to learn point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist bookstore customers with questions and purchases.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages for cafe customers.
• Input, price and shelve new inventory.
• Support bookstore manager with purchases and staff training.
• Submit time weekly via Workday Time Tracking system.
