Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/food service a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and acknowledges customers when they approach the café.
• Provides a positive experience for each customer.
• Assists customers in selections and maintains knowledge of menu items.
• Operates point of sales system.
• Maintains café appearance and replenishes supplies.
• Learns barista basics and coffee menu.
• Receives and restocks deliveries with proper inventory rotation.
• Rotates through all areas in the café.
• Communicates clearly with team.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness.
