Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contributes to bakery operations by participating in product development, menu planning, baking trends, and innovation.
• Completes bakery administration tasks including product ordering and inventory monitoring.
• Works cross-functionally with departments in the facility and companywide.
• Participates in professional development as advised by leadership or self-directed.
• Maintains a clean work environment and adheres to food safety standards.
• Assists in training interns and new bakers.
