Job summary

ONP Snow Mountain LLC is looking for a Café Associate to join our team in Lassen Volcanic National Park, California. You will engage with guests, prepare food and beverages, and ensure a friendly atmosphere.

Ideal candidates should enjoy fast-paced environments and have a positive attitude. Experience in food service is a plus, but training is provided. Join us in creating memorable experiences in a beautiful setting!

Qualifications

• Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe and/or State Food Handler Certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Café Associate, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles throughout the café.

You will:

• Prepare delicious food and beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Take guest orders and provide friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout your shift.
• Work alongside a fun and supportive team to create memorable experiences.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and coworkers.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other daily café operations as needed.
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
