Erewhon Market is seeking a Café Lead Associate to join our store team in Los Angeles. You will lead guest service, supervise café operations, and ensure food safety standards while delivering warm, attentive hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in food service operations and/or 6 months of a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
• Ability to train and coach employees on company standards and operating procedures.
• Available to work flexible hours based on business needs.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food Handler Supervisor Certification (Food Safety) required.

Aufgaben
