Qualifications

• 7+ years of Linux system administration experience (RHEL preferred).
• Experience managing HPC clusters and job schedulers (LSF, Slurm, PBS or similar).
• Proven CAE app support and integration experience.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Shell, Perl, or equivalent).
• OS deployment, patching, and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot HPC job scheduling environments (LSF/Open PBS/Slurm).
• Design queues, resource policies, and scheduling strategies for CAE workloads.
• Monitor performance and utilization; implement efficiency improvements.
• Support CAE software licensing and integration with HPC systems.
• Maintain OS provisioning, automation scripts, and SOPs.
• Handle hardware lifecycle and high-performance networking (InfiniBand).
• Document configurations, incidents, and best practices; track outages and root causes.
