Responsibilities

• Define system and application support metrics and monitor quality and performance.
• Coordinate North American contributions to global CAE projects and define steps to meet outcomes.
• Develop budget estimates and resource plans for CAE portfolio and roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in CAE tool support and project delivery.
• Collaborate with product development stakeholders and IT teams to integrate CAD/PLM and testing systems.
