Job summary

Concepts NREC is seeking a CAE Applications Engineer in the United States to act as the primary technical contact for the Agile turbomachinery design software. You will support sales with demonstrations, create design cases for QA testing, and develop tutorials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1–2 years of direct applications engineering experience with engineering design software.
Experience in turbomachinery design/analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for the CAE software product suite.
Support regional sales teams with demonstrations, presentations, and training.
Develop and maintain design case libraries for QA testing across beta, maintenance, and release versions.
Create videos, tutorials, and exercises showcasing CAE features and enhancements.
Maintain a library of presentations that demonstrate code capabilities.
Verify and test bug fixes and product enhancements.
Provide technical validation to assist customer purchase decisions.
Gather customer feedback to aid product development.
Support customer training activities.
Monitor competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Generate knowledge-based articles from support databases.
