Concepts NREC is seeking an CAE Applications Engineer to support and promote its Agile turbomachinery design software to current and prospective clients. You will act as the primary technical contact, assist regional sales teams with demonstrations and training, and create and validate design cases, tutorials, and presentations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of direct applications engineering experience with engineering design software preferred.
• 1–3 years of engineering design and analysis experience with turbomachinery preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for the CAE software product suite.
• Assist regional sales managers with technical support throughout the sales cycle, including demonstrations and training.
• Create design cases for QA testing on beta, maintenance, and release versions.
• Create videos, tutorials, and exercises for CAE software features and enhancements.
• Maintain a library of presentations demonstrating product capabilities.
• Verify and test bug fixes and product enhancements.
• Perform technical validation for customers to aid purchase decisions.
• Gather and organize customer feedback to assist product development.
• Support customer training activities.
• Monitor competitor strengths and weaknesses.
• Publish knowledge-based articles from the software support database.
