Job summary

STI is seeking an Epic Access Analyst for the MAH Infusion Project to support the implementation and testing of ADT/Cadence/Prelude and Referrals/Auths in a travel/remote setup. The role requires Cadence-certified Epic Analyst skills with at least 3 years of experience and strong knowledge of advanced Visit types and decision trees.

Candidates with Prelude and Referrals/Auths certification or hands-on experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Cadence-certified Epic Analyst with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with advanced Visit types and Decision Trees.
• Prelude and Referrals/Auths certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of ADT/Cadence/Prelude and Referrals/Auths.
• Coordinate with applications teams to keep interface builds on project timelines and scope.
• Escalate issues to the ADT/Cadence/Prelude/Access Director and assist migration strategies.
• Work independently and in a team to complete tasks.
• Mentor teammates to share knowledge.
• 40-hour work schedule with prior approval from the Contractor’s supervisor.
• Perform other duties for successful installation of the ADT/Cadence/Prelude applications.

Must be strong in advanced Visit types, Decision Trees, having worked on other infusion projects is a plus.

Prelude and Referrals/Auths certification or experience is also a plus

• Responsible for supporting the successful identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of ADT/Cadence/Prelude and Referrals/Auths.
• Work directly with all applications teams to ensure that interface builds stays on track according to project timelines and delivers the specified interface scope
• Escalate any issues or risks to the ADT/Cadence/Prelude/Access Director immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution
• Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks
• Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring
• Based on the needs of team, 40 hour work schedule (Monday through Friday) will be acceptable with prior approval from the Contractor’s supervisor
• Perform other duties as required/assigned for the successful installation of the ADT/Cadence/Prelude applications
