Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional PCB layout experience.
• Strong hands-on Cadence Allegro and layout skills.
• Experience with 2–40 layer multi-layer boards and digital/analog/power layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB layout using Cadence Allegro (80–90% of role).
• Review schematics and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Perform DRC and quality-control activities before release.
• Support PCB documentation, design updates, and records.
• Develop Best Known Methods (BKM) and drive process improvements.
• Identify layout quality improvements and reduce rework.
