The Thrasher Group in Charleston, WV is seeking a CADD Designer to join the Water Resources team, driving project designs for water/wastewater and stormwater systems.

Qualifications

• AS in drafting or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a CADD Designer desired.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings and plans for water/wastewater systems, storm water/sewer systems, and various treatment plants
• Lead design projects inclusive of public water and sewer design
• Collaborate with engineers to design optimal plans for clients
• Participate as an active member of the QA/QC team, providing feedback as needed
• Operate independently within a deadline‑driven industry
