Job summary

The Thrasher Group is seeking a CADD Designer to join our Canton, OH Water Resources team. You will create technical drawings for water/wastewater and related systems, lead design projects, and collaborate with engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum AS in drafting with 1–3 years of CADD experience is required; Civil 3D knowledge is preferred. The role emphasizes independent work and teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate of Science in drafting or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a CADD Designer desired.
• Intermediate knowledge of Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings and plans for water/wastewater systems, stormwater/sewer systems, and various treatment plants.
• Lead design projects including public water and sewer design.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop optimal plans for clients.
• Participate as an active member of the QA/QC team, providing feedback as needed.
• Operate independently within a deadline-driven environment.
