Job summary

The Thrasher Group is seeking a CADD Designer to join our Canton, OH Water Resources team. You will create technical drawings for water/wastewater and related systems, lead design projects, and collaborate with engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum AS in drafting with 1–3 years of CADD experience is required; Civil 3D knowledge is preferred. The role emphasizes independent work and teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a CADD Designer to join our Canton, OH Water Resources team. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of water and wastewater projects, drive profitability, and collaborate with a team of driven professionals in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Education: Minimum Associate of Science in drafting or a related field required

Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a CADD Designer desired

Software: Intermediate knowledge of Civil 3D, preferred

Work style: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
