Ridgeview Institute Monroe seeks a dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor / CADC to join our team in Monroe, GA. The role involves assessing patients, documenting findings, and delivering social work services, crisis intervention, and family therapy as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience and expertise in dual diagnosis, 12-step programs, and substance abuse.
• A substance abuse license/certificate as dictated by the State of Georgia; Master’s License in Social Work or Counseling preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interview patients to obtain substance abuse history.
• Document findings within 72 hours of admission.
• Update documentation when conditions change or on readmission within 30 days.
• Communicate findings clearly in progress notes with the treatment team.
• Formulate and update care plans with measurable goals and interventions.
