Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the field; age-group needs awareness.
• Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery for substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Case management for addiction patients and families, with biopsychosocial assessments.
• Create and revise individualized treatment plans with team and family input.
• Coordinate goals and progress; involve family when appropriate; discharge planning.
• Lead addiction-focused group counseling using peer-centered methods.
• Supervise students and counselors; provide timely feedback on clinical abilities.
• Deliver addiction/recovery education in lectures and discussions.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and program development activities.
