Job summary

You will provide person-centered counseling, complete assessments, and document in accordance with standards, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Current CADC credential and eligibility to serve as Qualified Professional.
• Experience with individuals affected by substance use or behavioral health.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with EHR or other documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and counseling within certification and guidelines.
• Complete intake, screening, assessments, and ongoing service planning.
• Develop and monitor individualized support plans with clients and care teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely, confidential documentation per standards.
• Coordinate services with providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Support clients in building coping skills and recovery goals.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision.
