The ideal candidate will have a college education relevant to the Florida Professional Surveyor license, with a minimum of 4 years of survey experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Enjoy a moderate work environment with occasional evening or weekend work required to meet project deadlines.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of surveying experience in a relevant position.
• Ability to obtain licensure within 2 years of start date.
• Experience in managing survey activities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from beginning to end, overseeing field and office personnel.
• Create scopes of work through client negotiation.
• Ensure final products meet SSMC quality standards.
• Guide field personnel and provide training as necessary.

Conhecimentos

Proficient with AutoCAD

2 years experience communicating with clients

Solid organizational skills

College education for Florida Professional Surveyor license
