Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in CAD/Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience drafting civil/transportation/utility/aviation construction documents using CAD software.
• Proficiency in CAD software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenBridge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise construction plans, profiles, and exhibits for multiple land development projects.
• Analyze sketches and notes to determine drafting approaches with limited supervision.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and PMs to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Apply CAD standards for consistent layers, styles, symbols, and sheet layouts.
• Maintain organized project files and support QA/QC procedures.
