Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in CAD/Design or related field required, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years drafting civil, transportation, structural, utility, or related construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise construction plans, profiles, and project exhibits for various land development projects using CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Develop construction documents from engineer markups and notes with increasing independence.
• Apply CAD drafting standards to ensure consistency across sheets and layouts.
• QA/QC to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with agency requirements.
• Maintain organized project files for efficient team collaboration.
