Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a CAD Design & 3D Printing Assistant to support product development through 3D modeling, additive manufacturing, and prototype production. This role blends computer‑based design with hands‑on technical work to turn ideas into physical parts.

Responsibilities include creating and modifying 3D models in SolidWorks or similar CAD software, preparing files for 3D printing, and operating printers (FDM, SLA, SLS). Knowledge of Cura or similar slicers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in CAD, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar CAD software.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and slicing software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

We're seeking a CAD Design & 3D Printing Assistant to support product development through 3D modeling, additive manufacturing, and prototype production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both computer‑based design work and hands‑on technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD software

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• 40 hours per week

• 1-hour unpaid lunch

Pay Details: $31.28 per hour
