Job summary
Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking a Deputy CAD Administrator to manage CAD standards, libraries, and design technology across the firm. You’ll support users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to consistent, efficient practices that enable successful project delivery.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in CAD, Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience using CAD platforms in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with MicroStation and Bentley OpenX; AutoCAD or BIM tools a plus.
- Strong CAD standards, plotting, and file management.
- Troubleshooting and clear communication of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce CAD standards, libraries, and best practices.
- Provide day-to-day CAD user support and training.
- Assist with software installations, version updates, and license coordination.
- Support file management, project setup, and directory structures with clients, IT, and PMs.
- Collaborate with engineering/design teams to resolve CAD challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve CAD workflows and automation.
