Job summary

Productive Resources is seeking a System Designer to join our engineering team at our Oshkosh, WI facility. You will support engineers by creating 3D/2D layouts of parts and assemblies using CATIA or Creo, and help develop BOMs and change notices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of design experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers and internal teams to ensure CAD accuracy and standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with two years of design experience.
• Experience routing hydraulic and pneumatic lines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD to create 3D and 2D layouts of parts and assemblies.
• Apply GD&T practices and verify drawings with senior engineers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain technical data.
• Self-check work for accuracy and CAD standards.
• Prepare Change Notices based on BOM and layouts.
• Use ERP to create part numbers and data entry.
• Create and revise BOM following procedures.
• Provide technical assistance for builds, prototypes, and production.
