Topographic, Inc. is seeking a Survey Technician I in Lafayette, Colorado to handle complex land surveying assignments and ensure compliance with property laws.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to perform QA/QC procedures on work prepared by themselves and others.
• Ability to work in an occasionally distracting environment while performing multiple tasks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform research of records on easements, deeds, and pertinent information.
• Utilize software to process field crew data and produce files.
• Create survey base drawings and subdivision maps.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way and easements.
