Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, UX Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of hardware design engineering experience with CAD/PLM/PDM.
• Strong user empathy and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to understand and improve design engineering workflows across the product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. person required due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement novel design engineering software strategies to boost productivity, reduce cycle times, and improve design quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the tools roadmap with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends to keep hardware design processes at the cutting edge.
• Drive adoption of CAD, PLM, PDM, and related tools across the company and manage the feedback loop between users and developers.
• Work with design engineers to translate workflow pain points into tangible tool improvements, templates, and automation.
• Define and enforce CAD/PLM standards, data governance, and best practices across hardware teams.
• Create and maintain documentation of standard instructions and best practices.
