Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned PLM Software Engineer to join ArsenalOS PLM. You will architect and implement Teamcenter customizations and integrations that enable engineering teams to design, manage, and deliver complex hardware at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products.
• 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience, including ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AW/C.
• Proficiency with Java, C++, and C#; strong software engineering foundations.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-native architecture; AI-assisted development tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field; U.S. Person status.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD).
• Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
• Contribute to improving the platform observability (Datadog, etc) and reliability.
• Set the bar for engineering excellence — raise standards through architectural guidance and high-quality code contributions.
• Leverage frontier AI tooling for rapid development and model best practices for the team.
