Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, MN. You will provide customers with clear guidance on product capabilities, pricing, and specifications, and collaborate across teams to ensure feasible solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.

Job Overview

In this role, you'll help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications. You'll provide clear, timely support and help find solutions that meet both customer needs and production requirements. You'll succeed if you're detail-oriented, enjoy working through unique questions, and like partnering with others to find the best solution. If you bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach to getting work done.

Compensation

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, pay based on experience
