Job summary

Coastline Power Solutions in DeLand, Florida, is seeking a CAD Draftsperson to create detailed 2D and 3D models for components, assemblies, and production tooling, ensuring designs meet manufacturing standards.

You will develop CAD drawings, maintain BOMs, and collaborate with engineers to translate specs into manufacturable designs while adhering to GD&T and quality requirements. This is a full-time, in-person role with growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Drafting, Design Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CAD drawings for parts and assemblies.
• Maintain accurate BOMs and technical documentation.
• Convert engineering specs into manufacturable designs.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve design issues.
• Prepare CNC-ready files and assist with tooling design.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
