Description:
Our client is currently seeking a CAD Drafter /Assistant Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include:

• Create detailed fabrication and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Revision of models based upon feedback from engineers and architects.
• Ensure drawings are accurate to design specifications and standards.
• Assist with estimating, submittals, budgets and project closeout documents.
• Assist project managers with daily project coordination.
• Creation and maintenance of a library of design and drafting standards.
• Stay up to date on CAD trends.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with drafting in AutoCAD.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Construction management is a plus.
• Commercial construction experience is needed.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
