Position Summary

Energizer Holdings is seeking a high potential Project Manager for the Auto Care Category team. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with cross functional teams to facilitate and coordinate end-to-end global product-related marketing initiatives. Specifically, this role includes the execution of Commercial requests for the Appearance Category (products and displays).

We are looking for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, capable of supporting cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and complete. This person's key role will be to support the Auto Care Global Marketing teams by leading the day-to-day administration, coordination, tracking and support of product related auto care projects.

Responsibilities will include working directly with product-related project requestors, defining go-to-market timelines, maintaining project management tools, resource management, organizing project meetings to ensure prompt delivery and managing between-meeting follow ups so project deliverables are met. The position will also require involvement in and management around a new product lifecycle management tool that is rolling out to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and oversee projects of all sizes and budgets from concept to completion
  • Ensure project feasibility and manage changes in project scope, and schedule
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to lead kickoff meetings, project reviews, and ongoing project updates.
  • Manage all aspects of product development from project inception to end of life, helping coordinate to ensure a product-related project successfully cycles through the Product Lifecycle Management tool
  • Work with all levels of internal business partners to answer project questions and manage expectations including communicating process changes or activities that could impact deliverables.
  • Navigate internal organizational structure to successfully meet business needs and project completion
  • Drive timely completion of projects by trafficking through the workflow process
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to meet original commitment
  • Understand and fully leverage internal project tools, templates, and workflows, providing input on 'even better ifs' when needed
  • May also perform additional duties as assigned


What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years Project management experience with a degree in Project Management preferred
  • Expertise in project management and reporting / analysis
  • Experience leveraging project management tools
  • Experience teaming cross-functionally and working effectively in a matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to actively listen, gather relevant data and information, synthesize and summarize a situation to help develop an action plan to resolve issues
  • Able to effectively analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Fluent in English
  • Good understanding of co-packing activities (e.g. gift packs, displays) is an asset
  • Project management certification is an asset
  • Experience with Project Management software such as Microsoft Project is an asset

Total Rewards Package

The salary range for this position is USD $76,000.00/Yr. - USD $100,300.00/Yr.

Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
