Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a CAD Drafting/Engineering Technician to prepare and modify drawings per specifications and customer requirements. You will build catalog drawings and maintain the digital library for the website, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Production and Quality to ensure accuracy against latest shop drawings.

The role is based at one of our North Carolina plants (Raleigh, Greensboro, Fuquay Varina, Fayetteville, or Concord), and requires

Formación

• Proficient in AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor.
• Read and interpret sketches, construction and civil plans.
• Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Create Shop Drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting.
• Create special manufacturing drawings for immediate production.
• Adhere to customer volumes, timelines and expectations.
• Prepare, modify, and maintain accurate catalog drawings for production and Quality Control.
• Prepare product assembly or shop drawings for sales staff and plant projects as needed.
• Update/maintain digital database (Autodesk Vault, cloud server, hard copies).
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

Associates Degree preferred
