Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Designer II (CAD Designer) to create and modify 3D solid models and drawings while managing the Engineering Change and Release process. You will collaborate with engineers to develop designs and ensure releases are documented and accurate.

The role focuses on CAD modelling, documentation, and supporting both new product development and tactical projects in Tallassee, AL or Duluth, GA, with less than 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Create and document 3D CAD models and related drawings with minor supervision.
• Coordinate drawing documentation for production releases.
• Process change requests as part of the Engineering Change and Release process, including checks of others' work.
• Mentor younger designers and engineers in developing new skills.
