Job summary

Maxcess International is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to develop complex 2D/3D drawings for slitting systems. You will collaborate with engineers to refine designs, prototype, and simulate for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

The role requires 2–5 years of CAD experience and an associate degree or CAD certification, with proficiency in Inventor and SolidWorks. On-site work in Washington state is expected, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 yrs related experience and Associate's degree or Technical Certification in CAD Drafting & Design required
• Competent with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Proficient with CAD software to create 2D/3D drawings and models and to perform simulations

Responsibilities

• Create complex 2D drawings and detailed 3D CAD models for slitting systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and incorporate features.
• Review and modify designs to meet specifications and standards.
• Prototype and simulate designs to validate performance and manufacturability.
• Assist with project planning and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.
