Job summary

Encore Global in Orlando seeks a CAD Designer to work with the CAD Project Manager creating 2D/3D floor plans for the National Operations Division, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. Familiarity with AV lighting and rigging is preferred.

You will design with AutoCAD, update the drawing database, and render 3D diagrams with LD Assistant, coordinating with staff and clients to meet tight deadlines while upholding department standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or Associate degree in Architectural Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Audio Visual lighting and rigging criteria.
• Experience with Autodesk 3ds Max and LD Assistant.
• Strong customer services skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects.
• Experience with graphic design and layout software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and create 2D and 3D floor plans using CAD software, maintaining design standards.
• Update current drawing database and provide diagrams for staff and client review.
• Produce detailed room layouts and renderings; ensure quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with staff and clients; support staff in meetings and site reviews.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high efficiency.
