Job summary

Blueprint Studios in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced CAD Designer who truly understands how live events operate. You will turn venue plans, client notes, and PDFs into production-ready floor plans that support efficient setup and safe operations.

This role requires strong coordination with account managers and the production team, field measurements, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years experience in live events or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD with latest AI updates.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical drawings for events as requested and in collaboration with account managers or other team members.
• Create accurately scaled drafted floor plans for live events and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers and production teams on space layout.
• Field measure onsite and update AutoCAD files as needed.
• Develop and maintain the V-Series library and related resources.
