Job summary
Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a seasoned CAD and data governance leader in Houston to manage CAD applications, governance, and systems enablement. The role drives roadmaps for CAD tech, templates, and standardized environments, collaborating with IT and engineering teams to ensure stability and performance.
Strong communication is essential to guide governance, data stewardship, and process improvements. The candidate will oversee documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Requires a technical degree; 10+ years in engineering/design in manufacturing.
- Leads CAD governance programs, templates, libraries, and standards.
- Extensive CAD tool experience and ability to drive tool adoption.
Responsibilities
- Administer CAD and integrated engineering design apps; govern tools and improve processes.
- Develop roadmaps and implementation plans for CAD technologies.
- Coordinate upgrades, deployments, and integrations of CAD systems.
- Partner with IT to ensure stability and performance of design apps.
- Lead creation of training materials and user guides for CAD users.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve design workflows.
