Job summary

Cie Dfw in Texas seeks an experienced semiconductor design enablement leader to build and lead a global CAD/EDA organization responsible for infrastructure, PDK development, and design automation.

You will drive roadmaps, manage enterprise licensing, collaborate with foundries, and develop AI-driven productivity initiatives, while growing a high‑performance engineering team across regions.

Fluent English and 15+ years in CAD/EDA are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on semiconductor design enablement in CAD, EDA, PDK, and automation.
• 10+ years leading global engineering teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar EDA budgets and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the corporate Design Enablement strategy across global engineering organizations.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for CAD, EDA methodologies, PDK automation, design infrastructure, and AI-driven productivity.
• Establish best-in-class design environments across analog, mixed-signal, power, HV, and advanced tech nodes.
• Partner with Design, Technology Development, and IT to align infra investments with business objectives.
• Lead deployment, qualification, support, and optimization of enterprise EDA environments.
• Define and maintain design flows and own compute infra and license servers.
• Drive standardization of design methodologies across sites and business units.
• Lead a worldwide CAD/EDA/PDK/automation engineering team; build a high-performance org.
