System One, Inc. in Washington state is seeking a Configuration Manager / Drafter / Designer for a onsite contract role in Lynnwood, WA. You will create and modify 3-D solid models using Solid Edge and produce precise 2-D drawings from various sources.

The role requires 3–5 years of Solid Edge CAD experience, GD&T knowledge, and a US citizen with Secret clearance. Onsite work with W2 compensation of $69.83 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Solid Edge CAD design and drafting.
• Experience creating 2-D drawings from models.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles.
• Ability to create and update detailed engineering drawings from various sources.

Responsabilités

• Create, update, and manipulate 3-D solid models using Solid Edge CAD software.
• Prepare formal engineering drawings from 3-D models, existing drawings, parts, photos or sketches.
• Develop drawings for mechanical parts and electrical assemblies.
• Apply GD&T to drawings and models.
• Ensure configuration management practices for models, drawings, and documents.
