Woolpert seeks a CAD Engineering Technician to join our Site Civil Team and design site layouts using Civil 3D. This role involves collaboration with project management, field work, and travel as required, contributing to our infrastructure projects in the United States.

Ideal candidates bring an Associate degree or technical certification (or 4 years related experience) and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills, with a valid driver’s license and an interest in hydrology and stormwater management.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• Interest or experience in hydrology and stormwater management.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.

Responsabilités

• Design and create site layout plans per client requirements and Woolpert standards.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept and grading plans.
• Collaborate with project management to remove obstacles and implement solutions.
• Perform site due diligence and compile data and reports.
• Conduct roadway pavement evaluations and prepare reports.
• Occasional field work with local and overnight travel as needed.
