Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Applications Engineer I to support our Production Software portfolio, focusing on ESPRIT CAD/CAM solutions in the Midwest. You will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, troubleshoot software and programming challenges, and help customers implement and optimize Hexagon CAD/CAM tools within manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software and manufacturing applications.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% annually.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for ESPRIT CAD/CAM software solutions.
Troubleshoot software, programming, and application-related challenges for customers.
Support customers with implementation and effective use of Hexagon Production Software solutions.
Develop and deliver technical training materials and curriculum for customers and partners.
Travel to customer facilities to execute projects and provide technical assistance.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support customer success.
