Qualifications

  • Entry-level contractor role with 8-week engagement.
  • Remote, worldwide assignment conducted in English.
  • 20–40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap during Pacific Time.
  • At least 10 years of experience in CAD engineering and simulation.
  • Strong aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with modeling, simulation, or design projects.
  • Professional experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB, Python, KiCad, COMSOL, or comparable tools.
  • Practical expertise in at least one electrical engineering area, such as circuit analysis, power systems, electrical machines, power electronics, control systems, protection, grounding, instrumentation, or electronics design.
  • Ability to solve analytical problems, weigh design trade-offs, document technical work, conduct peer reviews, and explain assumptions clearly.
