Job summary

Under the Center Manager, you will handle food orders, maintain inventories, keep records, ensure safety and cleanliness, and participate in mandatory trainings.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent and direct food preparation experience.
• ServSafe Food Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares wholesome, nutritious meals in sufficient quantities to meet scheduled meal times for average daily participation.
• Records accurate point of meals served for each meal or snack.
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of kitchen.
• Orders food supplies according to most current menu.
• Records temperatures of refrigerator/freezer and maintains proper food safety practices.
