TVCCA is hiring a Nutrition Manager to implement and ensure CACFP compliance and TVCCA policies. The role files reimbursement claims and supervises center Site Servers.

You will monitor centers for health and sanitation compliance and liaise with the State Department of Education to ensure regulatory adherence. You will oversee food production at childcare centers and provide kitchen coverage as needed, reporting to the Directors of Little Learners and Head Start programs.

Formación

• Experience with CACFP and TVCCA policies is required.
• Ability to hire/train/supervise staff and evaluate performance.
• Strong understanding of food service operations and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Implement CACFP and TVCCA policies and ensure compliance.
• File Child and Adult Care Food Program reimbursement claims.
• Hire/train/supervise/evaluate center Site Servers and monitor centers for compliance.
• Follow CT SDE requirements for filing reimbursement claims for meals and snacks.
• Supervise food production at childcare centers.
• Serve as liaison between Centers, Commissary, and State Department of Education; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide kitchen coverage as needed.
