Tacoma Public Schools is seeking a part-time CACFP administrative support specialist to coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure program compliance with USDA and OSPI regulations. You will assist with monitoring, staff trainings, data entry, and record-keeping under the supervision of the Early Learning Program Administrator.

The role also supports other Nutrition Services programs, potentially allocating 25% to 50% of duties to CEP, CNEEB processing, and general office tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of administrative support in school nutrition programs, or similar office environments.
• Familiarity with CACFP or USDA child nutrition program requirements preferred.
• Experience in a school district or public agency is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Supports daily CACFP administrative operations ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintains CACFP paperwork, attendance, meal counts, logs, and training records.
• Conducts CACFP monitoring visits and documents findings and follow-up actions.
• Plans and leads CACFP staff trainings including onboarding and refresher trainings.
• Collaborates with site staff to ensure accurate meal counting and compliance in POS procedures.
• Maintains site calendars, meal service times, and WINS system entries; keeps logs.
• Prepares data for internal audits, OSPI reviews, and CACFP renewals.
